I fully understand and agree to provide my identity documents to the Organizing Committee upon request for verification of personal information for the purpose of collecting tickets.

I fully understand and agree that the purpose of the Organizing Committee collecting my personal data is based on my voluntary application for services from the Organizing Committee. I consent to these data being shared with staff who need to know such information for administrative or promotional purposes to assist me in receiving services from the Organizing Committee.

I understand that providing personal data to the Organizing Committee is voluntary. If I fail to provide sufficient personal data, the Organizing Committee may be unable to process the relevant services. Any delays in service due to insufficient data shall be my responsibility.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to retain, postpone, or cancel ticket distribution, including:

1. Adverse weather conditions.

2. Force majeure reasons, i.e., events beyond the control of the Organizing Committee that make holding the event impossible, unsafe, or impractical.

Ticket registration is on a first-come, first-served basis (residents of Tsuen Wan District have priority), and will close once capacity is reached without further notice.

Successful registrants will receive an SMS confirmation; please collect your ticket at the designated date and time with the SMS.

Duplicate applications will be automatically canceled. The Organizing Committee reserves all rights to make changes!
